When you shop with Rajwadi Threads, we collect the minimum information needed to fulfil your order and improve your experience.

• Name, delivery address, phone number and email — collected at checkout so we can process, ship and confirm your order.
• Payment details — processed securely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Order history and preferences — stored against your phone/email so you can track orders and view previous purchases.
• Device and browser data — cookies, IP, page views. This helps us fix bugs and understand which products customers love most.
• Communications — messages you send us over email, WhatsApp or the contact form are saved so we can serve you better.

We use the data listed above only for the following purposes:

• Processing and delivering your orders (including sharing your address with our courier partner Shiprocket and their sub-couriers).
• Sending order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery notifications via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

• Detecting fraud, abuse or violation of our Terms.

• Shiprocket & their sub-couriers — for shipping (name, address, phone, order weight).

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain order records for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and GST regulations. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is stored for up to 26 months in aggregate form.

Our website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes we will post a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
